The French Quarter Shopping Center is at Loop 323 and Broadway (also known as Highway 69). It is the busiest traffic intersection in Tyler, as well as being centrally located on the two major arteries serving the city.

Located on approximately 10 1/2 acres in the "Golden Triangle", your business could not have a better location. Current Traffic Count maps are showing 39,000 cars per day on Broadway in the front of The French Quarter and 42,000 on Loop 323.
